Whether it’s Alberta’s booming energy sector, Ontario’s manufacturing hubs, or British Columbia’s sustainability initiatives, I map your skills to provinces with the highest openings—and show you how to stand out on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific boards.
Your advantage : Skip the guesswork. I show you where to find opportunities that match your expertise, so you’re not just another applicant—you’re a strategic candidate.

Master Canadian Networking & Interviews

Networking isn’t just about exchanging business cards—it’s about building relationships that fast-track your career. I coach you on:

EHS Job Market Insights & Competitive Salaries

Canada’s EHS sector is thriving, with 15% projected growth in roles like Safety Officers and Environmental Managers by 2027. Here’s what I share:
– Salary benchmarks: Low-wage positions start at $51,438/year, rising for CRSP-certified professionals, to $85,000 ( Median-wage) and up to $124,000+ (High-wage). You can check the information on the Government of Canada here for health and safety specialists and here for environmental professionals/environmental health and safety professionals.
– Reputation: Canada’s world-class EHS standards mean employers prioritize candidates who understand provincial regulations (e.g., Ontario’s OHSA or Alberta’s OHS Code).
Your edge: Position yourself as a candidate who already understands Canada’s regulatory landscape.

Canadian-Style Resumes & Cover Letters

Canadian employers spend 6 seconds scanning a resume. Yours needs to scream “hire me” instantly. You need to:
– Optimize for ATS: Use keywords like “risk assessment” or “compliance auditing” to bypass automated filters.
– Highlight transferable skills: Frame your international experience through a Canadian lens (e.g., “Implemented ISO 45001 standards across 5 sites”).
– Design for clarity: No photos, no jargon—just clean, results-driven formatting that Canadian hiring managers love.
Result: A resume that doesn’t just land interviews—it *wins offers*.

Certification Roadmaps: CRSP, CRST & Beyond

From Togo to Ottawa: My Humble Journey of Passion, Perseverance, and Purpose in EHS

Have you ever felt that burning desire to transform your life and career against all odds? My journey from Togo to Canada is a testament to how vision, perseverance, and a commitment to continuous learning can unlock opportunities beyond your wildest dreams. If you’re an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional longing for a better life and a brighter career, this story is for you.

The Humble Beginnings

I was born and raised in Togo, where I completed all my studies. My passion for the environment and safety led me to enroll at the University of Lomé, where I pursued Environmental Engineering. In 2015, I proudly graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Water and Environmental Management—a milestone that set the foundation for my future. However, like many of us, my journey wasn’t a smooth straight line. After graduation, I spent a year immersed in internships, tirelessly seeking work experience and a steady job. The search was challenging and, at times, disheartening. Yet, every setback taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and determination.

Building the Foundation

Refusing to let initial setbacks define me, I sought to further my knowledge and credentials. In 2017, I enrolled in a Master’s program at Université Joseph Ki-Zerbo in Burkina Faso. There, I specialized in Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management, graduating two years later. This advanced degree wasn’t just another piece of paper—it was a crucial stepping stone that would eventually unlock doors to incredible opportunities.
Even before officially holding my Master’s diploma, in June 2018, I landed my first job as an Environmental Health and Safety Officer. For the next 2.5 years, I dedicated myself to learning everything I could on the job. I wasn’t chasing money—I was chasing knowledge. I knew that building a strong profile, mastering English, and acquiring practical experience were the keys to long-term success. I was laying down the bricks for a career that would one day take me far beyond the borders of my homeland.

The Defining Decision

In 2020, life presented me with a pivotal choice. I was offered a role at a large local company that promised almost double my current salary. On paper, it was a golden opportunity. Yet, when I looked closer, I realized that this job would offer less in terms of learning, challenges, and growth. At just 25, many would have jumped at the higher pay—but I knew that my true currency was knowledge and experience.
Turning down that offer wasn’t easy, especially in a tough job market. But I had a clear vision for my career. That decision marked the moment when I began seriously contemplating relocation abroad—a leap of faith fueled by ambition and a relentless desire for growth.

A Spark of Inspiration: The Canadian Dream

One day, during a conversation with a senior EHS professional, I asked him, “Which country has the best EHS regulations and reputation in the world?” His answer was immediate and inspiring: CANADA.
That single word ignited my imagination. I spent countless hours researching the Canadian job market, the culture, the economic benefits, and even the prestige of holding a Canadian passport. I absorbed every piece of information available—reading articles, watching tutorials, and speaking to experts. By the last quarter of 2020, I was ready. I launched my Canadian immigration process with a clear goal in mind: to build a successful life in a land renowned for its quality of life and robust EHS standards.

The Leap of Faith and Early Successes

Even as I embarked on the immigration journey, life had more surprises in store. A few months later, I received a job offer from a major local mining company—a role that boosted my salary by an astounding 140%. It was a validation of the strategy I had meticulously built over the years. I resigned from my previous position, joined the mining company, and continued to sharpen my skills. Yet, the call of Canada grew stronger every day.
After six long months of anticipation, I received the news I’d been waiting for: VISA APPROVED! With my Permanent Resident VISA in hand, I knew it was time to pursue my dream wholeheartedly. Although I had to resign from the mining company—an emotional decision given the company’s excellence—I was determined to follow my life goals.

New Beginnings in the Great White North

In July 2021, I landed in Toronto—alone, at just 25, and with nothing but ambition and a few friends to welcome me (I still remember the “Welcome in Canada from the immigration Officer at the airport). Arriving during the challenging times of COVID-19 meant facing isolation head-on. I spent my first days in a hotel, gazing at the iconic CN Tower, filled with hope and a bit of uncertainty. I sent out my CV to countless organizations and eventually made the strategic decision to relocate to Ottawa, a city known for its bilingualism—a perfect fit for someone coming from a French-speaking background with a growing proficiency in English.
Within two weeks of arriving in my new home, a recruitment agency discovered my profile on Indeed (a truly fantastic job search platform) and arranged an interview with a leading global company in the Railway Industry. The process was exhilarating: within 48 hours and after my third interview, I received that life-changing call—“We want to make you an offer!”
Imagine my disbelief: I was now earning in a week what I had previously earned in a month. Three weeks later, I began my first role in Canada as a Health and Safety Coordinator—a role that validated every moment of my hard work and risk-taking.

A New Chapter with the Federal Government

Two transformative years have passed since that fateful first job. I endured my first Canadian winter, adapted to a new work culture, and grew both professionally and personally. In 2023, I embarked on my most ambitious role yet—joining the Federal Government. This milestone was not just a job; it was a dream realized, a promise kept to myself, and a testament to the power of perseverance and strategic planning.

Your Invitation to a Brighter Future

My journey from Togo to Toronto is not just a personal success story—it’s a beacon of hope for every EHS professional out there who dreams of more. I understand the challenges, the sacrifices, and the moments of doubt. But I also know that with the right strategy, commitment, and guidance, you too can build a career that transforms your life.

Your Next Step: Let’s Build Your Canadian Success Story

Every great journey begins with a single step.

These are the reasons why you haven’t not yet acted, right? acted, right? acted, right? acted, right? acted, right?

It’s too expensive

I understand that investing in your future is a big decision, which is why I’ve built flexibility into my pricing.
I offer you flexible payment options. You can spread your investment over two consecutive monthly installments, easing the upfront financial commitment.
Performance-Based Payment: With 40% of the fees due only after you secure your VISA, you’re paying more once you see results.
Customizable Services: Whether you want to opt out of extras like Canadian CV writing, cover letters, or networking assistance etc. and choose to just take my immigration services—you decide what works best for you and your budget.
These options ensure that my services are not only high-quality but also accessible and aligned with your personal journey.

I do not speak French and/or English

I’LL work with you to improve your English and/or French. I can also refer you to top-notch exam preparation courses, ensuring you’re ready and confident for the language tests.
Remember, your required exam score is determined by your overall profile. Language proficiency is only one of several factors considered, which means you might not have to push as hard as you think to meet the necessary criteria.

Can I trust you?

Here’s why you can trust my services:
Empowerment Through Knowledge: I teach you how to manage your immigration process on your own, sharing the exact tools and strategies I used to master it. Unlike traditional immigration representatives who often control your account access and require you to chase them for updates, my approach ensures that you always have transparent, real-time insight into the progress of your file.
Real Experience in EHS: As a working EHS Professional in Canada, I’ve personally experienced how Canadian immigration can elevate your quality of life. This initiative is designed exclusively for motivated EHS professionals who are ready to take control of their futures—just as I did.
Risk-Free Commitment: If at any point you decide to discontinue the process, simply let me know. You’ll receive a reimbursement in line with our guarantee’s agreement, ensuring that your investment is protected every step of the way.

What if I spend the money and I do not get the VISA?

When it comes to this process, success isn’t just a matter of luck—even though luck can play a role in life. This process is built on two clear scoring systems. If you meet the minimum score during the government selection, you’re automatically chosen and invited to apply for permanent residency. Moreover, Canada’s 10 provinces and 3 territories continuously review the Federal Government pool to identify candidates with the specific profiles they need. In short, if you have the qualifications, your selection is driven by merit, not chance.

The language(s) exam(s) will require too much energy

Canada has two official languages, English and French, but you don’t need to be fluent in both to build a successful career here. While being bilingual can give you a competitive edge, your job prospects depend on factors like the province or territory you’re targeting, the industry, employer preferences, and specific job requirements. Instead of stressing over mastering both languages, focus on meeting the actual demands of your field and improving the language skills that matter most for your career path.

Is it going to take a long time?

I get it—waiting can feel frustrating, and the idea of a long immigration process might make you hesitate. But what if I told you that once you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) through Express Entry, the process moves FAST?
Once you receive an ITA from the Federal Government, your permanent residency application can be processed in as little as 6 months or less! That’s incredibly fast compared to other immigration programs around the world. Think about it this way—6 months from now, you could still be in the same place, just thinking about Canada… or you could already have your PR approved and be planning your move! The sooner you start, the sooner you can land in Canada and begin your journey.
Canada’s immigration policies are favorable today, but they evolve over time. Delaying your application could mean facing stricter requirements in the future. The best time to act is now, while opportunities are still open!

What about my Educational Credential Assessment?

I take the stress out of getting your education recognized in Canada! I’ll help you handle everything easily—from opening your ECA account to collecting and submitting the necessary documents from your university. All you need to do is provide the required details for account setup and cover the evaluation fees. I’ll ensure you get your official assessment without the hassle!

I cannot restart my life from ZERO

Think beyond yourself—think about your family and future generations. The benefits of Canadian permanent residency or citizenship aren’t just for you; they’re a legacy. By taking this step, you’re opening doors for your children and the generations to come, giving them access to world-class healthcare, education, and countless opportunities that will continue long after you.
You don’t have to start from zero overnight—you have options. Once you get your VISA, you can validate your PR status and return to your home country without immediately leaving your job. This flexibility allows you to apply for jobs in Canada while still employed, giving you the security of transitioning at your own pace. As long as you maintain at least two years of presence within a five-year period, you can strategize your move in a way that works best for you and your family—even sending them ahead while you finalize your plans. The choice is yours!

I am too old to start the process now

Life expectancy in Canada is among the highest in the world: Men: ~80 years and Women: ~84 years.
That means you likely have decades ahead to enjoy a stable, fulfilling life with better career opportunities, world-class healthcare, and a high quality of life. “The best time to start was yesterday. The second-best time? Right now.”

What about finding an accommodation before arriving?

No need to worry! I will help you secure an accommodation before you even land in Canada by providing trusted references, making the process smooth and stress-free.

I’m not an EHS Professional, can I still book your services?

Unfortunately, I’m only dedicated to helping other Environmental, Health and Safety Professionals like me, looking for opportunities in Canada given my experience with the field. I recommend that you reach out to an immigration representative to help you with your project.

Your Next Step: Let’s Build Your Canadian Success Story

Every great journey begins with a single step.

The cost of inaction inaction inaction inaction inaction

Let’s be honest, waiting feels safe, but in reality, it’s costing you more than you think. Every month, every year that you hesitate, you’re losing valuable time, career opportunities, and financial growth that could be changing your life for the better. Here’s what inaction is really costing you:

Missed Career Growth

Canada has one of the strongest job markets in the world, especially in the EHS field. Every day you delay is a day you could have been gaining international work experience that boosts your credibility, building a strong professional network with global leaders.
Now, ask yourself: Can you afford to wait while others are securing these opportunities?

Losing Immigration Opportunities

Immigration rules are constantly changing. What’s available today may not be available next year. If you wait too long, you might find: higher CRS score requirements that make it harder to qualify, stricter policies that reduce your chances of approval, fewer job opportunities as more skilled professionals enter the market.

Your Next Step: Let’s Build Your Canadian Success Story

Every great journey begins with a single step.

How much does it cost? it cost? it cost? it cost? it cost?

Before we talk about price, let’s talk about what this investment actually means for you.
Imagine having a clear, guided path to securing your permanent residency in Canada—without wasting months (or even years) trying to figure everything out on your own. With the right strategy, you could:

  • Fast-track your immigration process and avoid common mistakes that delay approvals
  • Secure a high-paying EHS job in a country where your skills are in demand
  • Gain financial stability and a better quality of life for you and your family
  • Live in a country with world-class healthcare, education, and career opportunities

Now, think about this: What is the cost of staying where you are right now?

  • The time wasted trying to figure things out alone
  • The risk of missing opportunities due to changing immigration policies
  • The money you’re losing by delaying your move to a higher-paying job market

When you see the big picture, the question isn’t “How much does this cost?”—it’s “How much will it cost me NOT to take action?”
Imagine you could start earning $80,000+ per year in Canada. Now, if you wait just one more year, you’ve already lost $80,000 in potential earnings!
How much longer can you afford to lose that kind of money?
Now, let’s talk about how affordable this investment in your future really is.
I know that investing in your future is a significant decision, which is why I’ve made my pricing as flexible as possible.
Flexible Payment Plans: You can break your investment into two consecutive monthly installments, making it easier to manage financially.
Results-Driven Pricing: To give you confidence in your journey, 40% of the fees are only due after you secure your VISA—so you’re paying more only when you see real results.
Your success is my priority, and I’m here to make the process smooth, achievable, and stress-free!

Why did you decide to put this process in place?
I have seen many people go the wrong way with their Canada immigration process. So, in 2022, I created a YouTube channel (I had 18,000 followers within 6 months) dedicated at sharing information on Canada immigration process. Unfortunately, I shut it down as I did not have enough time with my work commitment to produce videos regularly. Record a video and editing takes many days for a single video.
Additionally, I have received many messages on LinkedIn from other Environmental, Health and Safety Professionals (from Togo, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Niger etc.) looking for information on how they could do what I did. So, I decided to help this time, through a structured process that is efficient.
Yes, I’m still an active EHS Professional. You can check my LinkedIn profile.
It depends on multiple factors such as whether are you immigrating alone, with your partner, with or without kids, how many kids if any, if you must improve your language test results, if you are selected by a province/territory or directly by the Federal Government.
Once you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from the Federal Government, your permanent residency application can be processed in as little as 6 months or less. But in case you are selected by a Province/Territory, you will complete the process with the Province/Territory before you get an ITA from the Federal Government. It takes as little as 1 month to complete the process with some provinces.
You must plan to live outside the province of Quebec. The province of Quebec selects its own skilled workers. If you’re selected by a Province/Territory, you must settle in the province or territory that nominated you.
All the documents will be provided through a secure platform where you will be required to upload your files, so it is reviewed prior to submitting them to the Government of Canada.
The meeting invites will be sent to you at each step of the process to ensure that you have all the necessary information to ease the whole process for you.
To ensure that I dedicate my time only to really motivated EHS Professional, you will be able to get my contact information once you have reached step 3 of the process. Refer to “How Does it Work” section above to review the steps.
Less than 2 hours and only for some weeks.
While I do not offer services for it, you can still purchase the BONZE PACK which covers topics that are meant to help you find a job in Canada from abroad and apply for a work permit VISA.
On August 28, 2024, Canada ended temporary public policy allowing visitors to apply for work permits from within the country.
Yes. After you have paid for the SILVER or GOLD PACK, you will be provided a contract to review and sign prior to the meeting to open your file and get you started.
As stated under the “Guarantee” section above, if after starting the process with me, you achieve the minimum score required to qualify for the Federal Skilled Worker Program and I do not create your profile in the Federal Government System, I will refund you 100% of the bundle purchased.
